From JR Kyoto Station to Ryokan " The KINOE"

Please tell the taxi driver to take you to "Higashiyama-yasui, Ryokan Kinoe".
It is about a 10 minute ride (Approx. 1500 Yen) by Taxi from the JR Kyoto Station (longer time in rush hour).

By Bus
From JR Kyoto Station, it is about 20 minutes (220 Yen) by bus (longer time in rush hour).
From the bus terminal D-2 at the JR Kyoto Station Karasuma Exit, take the bus No.206 and get off at the bus stop called Higashiyama-yasui. After getting off the bus, walk about 50 meters north on Higashioji St. You will see Ryokan " The KINOE" on your left.

By Train (Subway Line , Hankyu Line)
It is about 30 minutes (360 Yen) by train. From the Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto Karasuma Subway Line traveling to Kokusai Kaikan. At the Shijyo Stn, change the train to the Hankyu Line traveling to Kawaramachi. Get off at Kawaramachi Stn. Leave via Exit 1 of Kiyamachi-Minami Exit and walk about 600 meters east along Shijyo St until you reach the Yasaka Shrine. Take a right onto Higashioji St, then walk about 300 meters south. You will see Ryokan " The KINOE" on your right.
